I sentieri di pietra

The "Sentieri di Pietra" (=Stone paths) are many walking tours created by Vallemaggia Tourism with the cooperation of the APAV within the project "Vallemaggia pietraviva".

These hiking trails, winding through the valley bottom, are easy and ideal for families, children and seniors and are accessible in good weather at any time of the year. The walking times vary from one to 3 or 4 hours. These trails allow you to admire the most attractive and interesting corners of the valley and to discover some historical and cultural aspects of the Valmaggesi people.

The trails are marked on the territory with the official signposts and there are brochures available for every single tour showing the itinerary and with further useful information in Italian and German language.
