The Lago Maggiore region, with its surrounding valleys, has always been a top tourist destination. The beautiful nature scenery, the picturesque corners, where time seems to stand still and the magical colours count only a few of the characteristics of this region. The gastronomy plays a major part in this scenario. There is a varied choice between traditional dishes, prepared following recipes that have been treasured for many generations and creative contemporary cuisine.

The twelfth edition of the culinary autumn weeks “Autunno Gastronomico” is a unique opportunity to discover these flavours. The cooperation between the printing company effe51 in Riazzino and the Lago Maggiore Tourist Office offers the possibility to savour speciality dishes from more than 50 tempting menu selections during this event.
