Museum Elisarion, Minusio
In 1927 the Estonian-born artist and poet Elisar von Kupffer (1872-1942) built his Minusio Villa respecting the principals of the Klarismus movement (in English: “Clarity”), a dualism ideology developed by himself in contrast with Christianity and founded on the base of chaos being in contradistinction to clarity. The small museum hosts a library with published literature based on the “Clarist Order”. In one of the halls, dedicated to E. von Kupffer, several of his art works are exhibited.
