SlowUp Ticino is meant to be a day of celebration, featuring movement in the open air.
A track of approximately 50 km, which runs between the two poles of Locarno and Bellinzona, will be entirely closed to motorized traffic.
You are invited to cover the distance, or part of it, as you prefer (on foot, running, by bike, skating, ...).
The pace and distance can be chosen freely, and you can enter and exit the course at any point. Along the way various other events will take place: animations, food stalls and other collateral activities.
