Rasa is a quiet, traffic-free mountain village near Intragna in the Ticino,
the southern part of Switzerland. Located on a sunny terrace high over the
valley at 900 meters over sea level, Rasa can only be reached on foot or by
cable railway - a quiet oasis in the midst of a mostly untouched, powerful
scenery as well as the starting point for adventurous hikes and excursions.
Rasa is excellent for taking a rest from everyday life and gainig new
perspectives.
The Campo Rasa is accomodated in original stone houses characteristic of the region. It is a resort for a wide variety of guests: families and singles, groups with their own program or participiants of one of the courses or seminaries offered by the VBG - everyone is welcome. Attached to the Campo is a small farm with different animals and a large vegetable garden.
The Campo is a center for studies and holidays is run by the United Bible Groups (VBG), an interdenominational Christian movement mainly active in the education sector.
All our rooms are equipped with cold and hot water; showers and toilets are found on the corridors. Our guests look after their own rooms and bring their own towels. You wonRt find the complete service of a hotel, but instead a warm, uncomplicated and familiary atmosphere.
