The Locarno Camellia exhibition, now arrived at its 21st edition of the event, will be held this year from 21st to 25th March 2018.
The Locarno Camellia exhibition is one of the most important events of its kind in Europe, with over 200 types of this flower splendidly arranged by experienced gardeners. This year the scientific exhibition will be set in the elegant “Palazzo della Sopracenerina”, building facing Piazza Grande, Locarno’s main square.
The program includes side-events and cultural moments. The Camellia Park, which was included in the “Gardens of Switzerland” network in 2014 and is home to over 950 types of camellias, will be open to all visitors during the day.

A free shuttle bus between the Locarno train station, the “Via della Pace” bus stop (near the Piazza Grande) and the Park will be available.
