Any user over the age of 18 may take part in the contest. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data. Entitlement to the prize will lapse in the event that any data are missing or incomplete. Ascona-Locarno Turismo is the organiser responsible for this competition and will be referred to in this document as “the Organiser”.
Participation in this contest is not associated with any cost and is not conditional upon the purchase of any goods or services. Participants must have a valid internet connection. It is strictly forbidden to participate using more than one profile or to participate more than one time in order to increase the chances of winning.
This initiative has no links with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the data sent by participants is not Facebook or Instagram but the Organiser. Any requests, observations and complaints must be sent directly to the Organiser.
Staff and partners of the Organiser or any of the persons responsible for the management of the competition and their families are not eligible to participate.
Conduct of the competition
The giveaway contest will be published on the Organiser's page. For each contest, a winner will be drawn from the participants. Participation in the draw is automatically done by following the call-to-action described in the posts. The Organiser extracts and informs the winner via private message within 7 days of the deadline reported on the post. The winner must then confirm his winning by private message. If the winner does not confirm his winning within 3 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to draw a new winner.
The prize is described in the post. In case of an overnight stay, the winner is responsible for the booking. The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of the rooms on the dates chosen by the winner. If the Organiser is for any reason unable to provide the prize, it reserves the right to identify a replacement prize of equivalent value. Prizes cannot be exchanged and are non-transferable. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash and no legal action may be conducted in relation to prizes. Any liability for taxation of the prize will lie with the winner personally.
Data Protection
No data provided by the participant (name, email address, pictures, etc.) will be saved or used for marketing purposes. The winner will be contacted via their profile (private message). He will then be asked for the necessary information to send the prize. The contact details of the winner neither will be saved or used for marketing purposes.
In participating in the contest, the participant accepts these Terms of Participation. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any participant who breaches the Terms of Participation or who attempts to interfere with the technical operation of the competition. Should this occur, the win will be cancelled and the return of the prize requested.
Final decisions
The applicable law is the law of the Swiss Confederation. No legal action may be conducted in relation to the contest.
