Spring Festival

Spring Festival: Procession in folk costumes.

Locarno welcomes the arrival of spring with a festival of folklore and local handicrafts in the beautiful scenery of the Old Town. From the morning you can stroll through the market of local artisans and producers, admiring their creations and pampering your palate with a few tastings, then enjoy lunch in the Old Town and the afternoon parade of folklore groups, until the grand finale with the alpenhorn concert in the lovely Piazza Sant'Antonio.

The event will take place in Piazza St’Antonio and in the streets of the Old Town.

Free entry.

The event is a convivial moment, which combines a market of local producers and artisans with folkloric animations of the groups in costume of our valleys and the Insubric region.
