Casa Edera

Casa Edera is located in the old village center of Solduno. Centrally located 5 minutes each from Locarno and Ascona. The bus and train stops are in the immediate vicinity, as is a bike-sharing point.
The small holiday home has been completely renovated with great care and furnished with great taste and love. (Non smoking holiday home)
In front of the house there is a small seating area with a table and chairs.
Ground floor: You come into the well-equipped kitchen also with washing machine. Next to the spiral staircase to the 1° floor is the bathroom with washbasin, toilet and a walk-in shower.
1st floor: The bedroom is separated from the living room with a wooden wall, the living room with corner sofa has access to the terrace with 1 little table and 2 chairs.
A wooden staircase leads to the gallery: here is the sofa bed.
The parking lot is available but outside the village center
Various restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
