Casa Manzika

Casa Manzika is a lovely old 3-story house (rustico), situated in the eastern section of the old center of Someo (Nucleo). The fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with dining table and 4 chairs is in the basement. On colder days, this room can be heated by a fireplace and is very cozy. During summer, the thick walls of the building keep the room cool.
A stone staircase leads up to the first floor and a bedroom, with a pull-out-sofa bed for 2 persons, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Climbing another stone staircase you reach the attic room with double bed and living room with TV. The small balcony offers a splendid view of the village and the valley.
The patio with stone table also belongs to the house. Crossing the small footpath you reach the garden with outdoor furniture and a pergola, covered in grapes, that offer shade in hot summers.
Deckchairs, barbecue and 2 bikes are in the cellar.
Casa Manzika offers many possibilities for relaxing holidays, either by spending hours on the warm stones of the River Maggia and going for a swim in the refreshing water, hiking on one of the many trails of the valley or visiting the many interesting sites.
A 100m walk from the public parking lot can reach Casa Manzika. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minutes walk and the river Maggia 10 minutes away.
