Casa Pipistrello is a detached holiday home with a very large terrace with two outdoor seating areas: under the shady chestnut tree next to a waterfall and on the sunny side with a pergola and outdoor fireplace.
The panorama of the lake is unrestricted, even from the outdoor whirlpool. The house is situated on a quiet, sunny and elevated hillside on a private road.
The house offers a friendly furnished living/dining room with fireplace and a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, oven and coffee maker, as well as a small and large bedroom with a view of the lake. The bathroom with toilet/shower is also newly renovated. In the separately accessible attic there is a washing machine/tumble dryer.
