You can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, city, and mountains from this brand new and elegant 2 1/2 room apartment (80 m²) with a covered terrace located on the 9th floor of the highest building in Locarno. In a pleasant and quiet environment, yet close to the center, a few steps from the lake and everything the region has to offer on foot or by bus (the “Panorama” stop is right outside the building). It composed of 1 large double bedroom (Dorelan bed 160x200 cm with sheets), bathroom with shower/WC (towels, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper), a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need (induction coocking hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine + 1 pack of capsules, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and dryer), a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm) and 2 small sofas. Air conditioning throughout the apartment, TV, WiFi. The covered terrace is furnished with a hanging rocking chair and a table with 2 chairs. Underfloor heating. Maximum 4 people (not suitable for families with children under 14 years of age).
The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Smoking and organizing events/parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Pets are not allowed.
Free parking space in the underground garage upon request.
On the ground floor, there is a restaurant-pizzeria, a hairdresser, and a flower shop. Shops (Migros/Aldi/Denner) are within walking distance (2-5 minutes). Nearby you will find the lido, the thermal baths, tennis courts, a Golf driving range and a minigolf course. The city center is a 10-minute walk away and Locarno train station is 15 minutes away.
