The Rustico is situated on a sunny terrace above Spruga with a wide view over the whole Onsernone valley. Uniquely quiet and natural mountain landscape.
The living and sleeping area measures about 4.5m x 10.5m and is visually divided into a modern, well-equipped electric kitchen with large dining table, a cozy living area with wood stove and a bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds.
Under the roof and above the wooden head it has additional sleeping accommodation in the summer months.
The bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet is located in the basement.
Covered balcony and stone table with barbecue, large lawn for sunbathing and playing.
