The cozy and well-kept 2 1/2-room holiday apartment for 2-5 people (plus no children) with an area of around 70 m2 is located on the ground floor of the two-story Casa Studer. Casa Studer is in a quiet location in the village of Fosano with great views of Lake Maggiore and the Bay of Locarno. The generously sized, weather-protected forecourt to the apartment with a view of the lake invites you to linger. The large lawn offers plenty of space to lie down and play. Garden furniture and a garden fireplace are available for use. The sandpit and the stable slide are intended for our young guests. There are inexpensive shopping opportunities and restaurants in Vira and the surrounding area as well as in nearby Italy. The leisure activities in the region are attractive: beaches, water sports, tennis, walking and hiking trails, mini golf, etc. Numerous well-known excursion destinations are partly in the immediate vicinity, e.g. Locarno, Luino in Italy, Indemini, Brissago Island, Ticino valleys (Maggia Valley, Verzasca Valley, Centovalli) Swiss Miniature theme park in Melide.
