Event that will be held over several days through the involvement of various restaurants in the region which will offer dishes with food produced in the Piano di Magadino Park during the week
The event aims to promote the local production of agricultural products and contribute to a short supply chain, as well as create more synergies between the different actors in the supply chain: farms, sales platforms, gastronomy and the Park.
During the event, each restaurant will present one or more new dishes, created specifically for the event and prepared with fresh, seasonal and high-quality ingredients, supplied by the farms located in the Piano di Magadino Park.
The initiative will take place from 26 May to 8 June 2025, involving 17 restaurants this year, a number that is constantly growing compared to previous editions (remember that 10 restaurants had joined in 2023, and 12 last year).
