Antonio Ornano (IN)GRATO

Locarno

17.05.2026

In an age of “recipes for happiness,” where everyone seems to compete in showing how grateful they are for the gifts life has given them, where we are told to be the architects of our own existence and that everything depends solely on us and our willingness to connect with the vibrational energy of the universe, some people may feel a bit perplexed. The impression is that we are so busy trying to become what the world wants us to be that we’ve forgotten who we are.
And so, amid all this polished gratitude, there are those who remain on the edge and perhaps choose to practice a genuine ingratitude, just to take a plunge into reality, to look with irony, lightness, and compassion at the wonderful fallibility of all human beings, because even the best make mistakes, and when it happens, we’re almost relieved.
