Arcegno. Carnival of the "Norcitt"

In Arcegno, on Saturday, March 1st, the traditional Carnival of the "Norcitt" will be organized by the Arcegnese Events Committee. At 12:00, there will be a distribution of risotto and sausages, along with the drawing of a rich lottery.
