Arcegno Music Walk

The “Camminata musicale di Arcegno” is a short walk with free concerts and performances in the hills between Ascona and Losone.

Artists and musical groups will perform at the edge of the Maia Park, the only nature reserve in Ticino that can be reached on foot from a town, a few steps from Monte Verità.

The concerts will range from folk music to Latin-American music, from Celtic music to blues.

On Saturday 10 September 2022, the walk will start from the Prato delle Streghe (Via Enrico Pestalozzi, Arcegno). From 13:30 to 15:00, a new tour will be organised every 30 minutes. The shows will be repeated as each new group arrives.

To reach the starting point it is also possible to use two free shuttles that leave from the car park of the Losone middle schools.

For organisational reasons, it is necessary to register by Thursday 8 September, writing to [email protected] and indicating: name, place of departure (schools or Arcegno), number of participants (if necessary also by phoning +41 91 785 76 29).
