BIG BAND STORY - Orchestral Jazz from the 1920s to Today
The program proposed by the Last Station Big Band retraces the most significant evolutionary stages of Orchestral Jazz, starting from the Cotton Club in Harlem in 1927, up to the present day.
The LSBB will be conducted by maestro Gilberto Tarocco, while a living legend, master of swing and Big Band music, such as Paolo Tomelleri, will lead the concert telling stories, anecdotes and playing his clarinet. In case of bad weather, the event will take place at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Muralto.
