Daily programme: Inspiring journey to oneself in the wild nature around the pretty village of Corippo. We consciously feel the earth beneath our feet and listen into nature. On this day trip we support you with drum sounds, Qigong movements and music to sing and swing along.

Catering: At Casa Mügaia in the middle of Corippo we will enjoy a simple delicious lunch together.
