On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, a free self-defense course has been organized, open to all women.
The event will be held over a single day, starting at 1:30 PM, and will address various topics related to personal safety and violence prevention, with a practical component where all participants will be invited to get involved.
Show up wearing gym shoes.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water and a small towel.
