Maurizio Pozzorini
Was born on April 24th, 1944 and currently lives in Brissago.
After going to school in Locarno he proceeded to the painting school in Lugano, where he learned the basics of decorative painting. He completed his course winning the Maraini price. Later he became painting master. In 1962 he starts working in his father’s painting shop and in 1979 takes over the business.
The work experiences in the painting shop, as well as the connections in the art world, are an incentive for progressing professionally, as well as in artistic area. He loves classical music and the mountains, they are important inspiration in his life.
In 2012 he exposed his paintings for the first in this gallery and is returning now with a new selection of artistic work
