As every year the "gastronomic review on goat meat", comes back. The different dishes will be prepared during the opening days of some restaurants in Vallemaggia and Regione Locarnese e Valli.
To launch the event in the best possible way there will be a special evening with "cicitt" (the famous goat sausage of the region, which is also registered as "slow-food" since several years).
