Guided tour of the S. Maria in Sleva cemetery in Locarno

The Cultural Heritage Office, in collaboration with the Remo Rossi Foundation, organizes a guided tour of the Locarno cemetery, to discover the fifteenth-century frescoes of the church of S. Maria in Sleva and the most significant funerary monuments, through a route that highlights the connection between artists and clients. Particular attention will be paid to the works of the sculptor Remo Rossi, who has set up his personal exhibition of outdoor sculptures in this place since the 1930s.
