Discover the flavours of Ticino in an international and urban setting in the heart of Zurich: polenta, bread cake, Merlot and other delicacies from Ticino await you across 7 gourmet stops. A surprising journey of discovery through the city’s landmarks and hidden corners along the Limmat.

The crème de la crème of Ticino's producers will come to the Limmat's City for a day to present the best of gastronomic tradition. Polenta, bread tart and Merlot wine represent the essence of Ticino cuisine, but there's more: you will taste other appetizing delicacies as well, both sweet and savory, which, reinterpreted or in unusual combinations, are not yet known to the general audience.

On the 9 kilometers long tour, 7 culinary stages await you in eye-catching corners of the city of Zurich. The easy itinerary is suitable for everyone and allows you to taste and enjoy Ticino from breakfast to dessert.
