In order to raise awareness of the urgency of limiting our consumption of animal products in general and to make people aware of the incredible and endless opportunities that vegetarian and vegan cuisine offer today, for 20 November '23 we have invited
Meret Bissegger, a pioneer of innovative and seasonal cooking with organic and seasonal products.
In addition to having run the Ponte dei Cavalli restaurant in Cavigliano for 10 years Meret Bissegger is an expert on edible wild plants, organises cooking courses, excursions and Tavolate in her Casa Merogusto in Malvaglia. She is author of three cookbooks, recipient of the Culinary Merit 2022 and member of the Slow Food Alliance of Chefs.
