This is an appetising opportunity to get to know Ticino's cheese-making tradition, visit dairies in beautiful locations throughout the canton and taste a range of excellent, delicious and genuine products!
In this ninth edition, which takes place in May, 18 “caseifici” will be participating between Sottoceneri and Sorpaceneri, 14 of which will be offering Ticino regio.garantie certified cheeses.
alpinavera invites everyone to participate enthusiastically in tastings of cheeses and food and wine products, guided tours to discover the processes of transformation and cheese making, music and catering, for a weekend of taste and light-heartedness.
