An appetising opportunity to get to know Ticino's cheese-making reality, visit dairies in wonderful locations in our canton, and taste a range of delicious and genuine products of excellence! In this eleventh edition, which takes place in May, 18 dairies will participate between Sottoceneri and Sorpaceneri, 10 of which will have Ticino regio.garantie brand-certified cheeses. alpinavera invites everyone to participate enthusiastically in cheese and food and wine tastings, guided tours to discover the cheese-making and processing processes, music and catering, for a weekend of taste and carefree fun.
