In this cheerful and sparkling atmosphere of the year, filoARTE Gallery is looking forward to welcoming you in its spaces to savor the effervescent and explosive, colorful and lively, strongly ironic Pop-Art of Ludmilla Radchenko.
Born in Omsk, Siberia, in 1978 where she graduated in Fashion Design, Ludmilla later moved to the United States, where she attended a course at the New York Film Academy.
Having subsequently settled in Italy, where she still lives, she decided to follow her greatest passion: painting and in particular the Pop-Art genre.
Soon her creativity will lead her to embrace new areas such as fashion and design.
Very sensitive to the theme of the Environment and Sustainability and firmly convinced in the ability of art to involve the spectator in a spontaneous and immediate way, Ludmilla has for some years undertaken a new form of experimental art linked to recycling, to "giving new life" to waste products, creating her own brand "Pop Recycling Art", presented among other things two years ago with great public consensus in Lugano, in the suggestive context of Villa Negroni.
All this and more you can find in the exhibition "Pop Carnival" at filoARTE, in Locarno.
