S. Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2024 - Deutschland: Gastronomie, Wein und Kultur

The theme of the 18th Festival is Germany, a country with an increasingly rich and growing food and wine offering. A first-class gastronomic scene where a real revolution is underway with a new wind in the kitchen and bubbling creativity in ferment. The public will be pleasantly surprised by a unique gastronomic offering: a great team headed by Thomas Bühner, a pillar of Germanic gastronomic culture with 30 years of experience at a high level and a special sensory philosophy, in collaboration with the SPST24 team of chefs from Ticino. The big news this year is the start of a new partnership with EHL in Lausanne, the world's top hotel school, which forges the future leaders of the hotel and restaurant industry. To mark the important collaboration with EHL, star cheffe Lucrèce Lacchio, from the Le Berceau des sens restaurant on the Lausanne campus, will be the star of the Festival's women's evening, together with a group of students.Another news of the 18th edition of SPST are some four-handed evenings with the meeting of new talents from the S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition, which selects the best young chefs under 30 from all over the world, and as many chefs from Ticino. A younger approach to bring the new generations closer to the gastronomy of the future. As always, S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino has many new things in store, and also this time it has selected many new ambassadors to tell the world about our beauty and excellence.
