The Caseificio Al Saliciolo in Tenero, founded in 1996, represents a chapter in the evolution of the Azienda Agricola al Saliciolo of the Pedrazzini family, active since the mid-1800s.

Join us to discover the philosophy that guides their cheese production, while enjoying a free selection of cheeses, expertly paired with our wines. To complete the offer, there may also be cheeses from other local producers. Our sommelier and certified cheese taster, Antonio Pischedda, will reveal the secrets of the perfect pairing.

Cheeses from the Caseificio Al Saliciolo will be available for purchase. The producer will be present between 11:00 and 14:00. The Enoteca Alimentare will be open from 09:30 to 15:30.
