Literally get your hands on pasta and discover the art of fresh pasta making with a master pasta chef from Pastificio Di Lella in Sementina. Starting at 11:30 am, after a brief introduction to the activity and the collaboration between our two companies, you’ll have the chance to prepare your own handmade cappellacci filled with Ticino alpine cheese. The dough for the cappellacci, prepared in advance, also includes flour from our farm's red corn.
Discover and taste the new products created in collaboration with Pastificio Di Lella, made with ingredients from our production. The products will be cooked and served on the spot.
Please note that the portions served will be tasting-sized and not a full meal.
