Workshop Meditation and Pranayama for Beginners

Come and sit down, away from the hustle and bustle, and reconnect with yourself.

In this 75min long workshop you will learn and practice two pranayama (breathing techniques) and two meditation techniques to calm your mind, improve focus and elevate your well-being.

This workshop will be guided by Clara Gómez, Hatha Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance YTT 200hrs, India) and Specialized Holistic & Massage Therapist with +10 years of experience.

All material is provided (yoga mats, meditation cushions, blankets).

This workshop is carried in a group of maximum 6 participants to ensure the individual attention to each participant.

Indications during the workshop are given in English / Italian (depending on each specific group).
