Yoga - Porto Ronco

Yoga practice for the Summer Solstice on the Crodolo beach in Porto Ronco. In this enchanted place, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, with a splendid view of the Brissago islands, we will practise the sun salutation yoga sequence (18.30-20.00), while the white sails of the regatta boats move elegantly over the water. A moment of connection and harmony, in which body and spirit merge with the surrounding nature. Before and after the yoga practice, you can immerse yourself in the refreshing waters of the lake, savouring the peace and serenity of this corner of paradise. At 8.30 p.m., Flavia from the al Crodolo restaurant will prepare dinner for Fr. 20.- (reservation required) and we will dine together with the sailing regatta participants to share experiences, smiles and moments of joy.
