Festa sul Colle di S. Anna

The Feast of Saint Anne is a deeply cherished and beloved tradition for the residents of Gambarogno and the Locarno region.

The Hill of St. Anne can be reached on foot from Indemini, from Alpe di Neggia (via Frana or Monte Gambarogno), and from the Monti di Vairano and Gerra.

To reach the celebration, a helicopter transport will be available from the Indemini heliport without reservation starting at 8:30 a.m.

At 11:00 a.m., a Holy Mass will be celebrated, followed by a procession with the statue of Saint Anne.

Around 12:30 p.m., polenta with side dishes (stew, cheese, etc.) will be served.

In the afternoon, a raffle will take place, and the celebration will continue with singing alongside the Bandella dei Soci.
