Our restaurant offers our guests (CHF 48.-) and external guests (CHF 53.-) upon reservation a fixed menu of three dishes with regional and organic products, prepared with a beaucoup of food and passion. A vegetarian alternative is always proposed equally. Our chef aims to reinvent the traditional textile dishes, from the polenta to the risotto d'orge en passant par la luganighetta revisited. Our hotel offers for all 9 simple rooms, doubles, with or without a living room, with or without fresh beds, single and magnificent rooms.
