The SAC Basodino hut is located on the edge of the Robièi lake landscape, with an impressive, direct view deep down into the Val Bavona and up over the glacier to the Basòdino.
The hut, which is suitable for families with children and groups, is easily accessible via the large cable car from San Carlo. Starting point for lake hikes, ascents and the pass hike over the Passo di Cristallina into Val Bedretto towards Airolo, as well as into Valle Formazza (Italy). The hut is located on the Via Alta Vallemaggia route.
Mountain hut with catering service from June to October. Homemade gastronomy such as bread, pasta, lasagne, gnocchi, desserts, etc.!
