Case di Sotto, Home & Breakfast, present two typical traditional Tessin houses which have been meticulously renovated with upmost faith to the traditional local style. The charming dwelling is located in a breathtaking position above Locarno-Ascona and overlooking the legendary Lake Maggiore.
The Casa Rossa (or "red house") offers a maximum of three bedrooms (all with own shower and WC), two living rooms, balconies and a small terrace which is ideal for relaxing. Different seating areas are available in the lush verdant garden, where a traditional cut rock table and a cool pergola present the perfect setting for guests to enjoy idyllic hours of alfresco dining.
The delicious breakfast, prepared with nutritious biological ingredients, is served in the fire place room or, on a sunny day, can be enjoyed in the romantic Portico outside.
A seminary room fully equipped with a state of the art multimedia system and a cool wine cellar with vaulted ceilings offer additional space for work, entertaining or leisure.
