• Proposal of different locations for the congress/conference
• Creation of IT tools for managing registrations and hotel room bookings
• Supervision of registrations and assistance to participants during registration, post-registration and on site
• Management of hotel contingents and bookings; contacting hotels and coordinating changes
• Organization and supervision of airport transfers for the arrival/departure of guests
• Management of suppliers, from requesting initial bids to defining every aspect of the supply of objects/services (catering, equipment, technical services, photography, video, gadgets, etc.)

For the management of sports events, we have created the Sporteventsticino association, through which we organize several running competitions in various locations of the canton.
