Farina Bòna, “good flour”, is a unique product typical of Valle Onsernone and a presidio SlowFood. We discover its humble origins and visit the original stone mill, where passionate and dedicated locals still produce the flour. We witness the various steps and taste several products made with Farina Bòna, including beer. We visit an artisanal studio, where local women continue the ancient tradition of weaving straw, turning it splendid objects.
