New Year's Ritual - New Beginnings

The New Year can be a time for naming our visions and dreams that we have been incubating in the darkest part of the year. With the return of the active outward energy that the sun brings our personal seeds, plans and ideas can slowly begin to manifest.

In this workshop we will use a variety of practices to support you in getting clear on intentions you would like to star manifesting during the months ahead.

This workshop will include:

- Breathwork
- Guided Visual Imagery Meditation
- Time for self-reflection and group discussion
- A creative New Year's Ritual with light and healing crystals to anchor your intention and visions into 2024
