Belli in Fly "Ascona-Locarno Edition"

Walking and paragliding event in the Locarno region. This original competition brings together around 120 amateur and professional pilots from all over Switzerland. The main objective is to make 3 climbs on foot and to descend each time by paraglider to land in the Lido of Locarno. It is possible to earn points with the difference in altitude covered as well as the precision of the paraglider landing.
Spectators are welcome on the route, towards the take-off areas or in the Lido of Locarno for the landings.
Pilots must climb to the Gambarogno hut, on Cimetta and finish at Alpe di Naccio. Details of the program and the day can be found on the website.
The Lido in Locarno acts as Base Camp and it is possible to eat or drink something there.
