Giovanni Falcone - onore sangue giustizia

Locarno

23.05.2026

A narrative theatre piece about Giovanni Falcone, developed in parallel with the story of Tommaso Buscetta. Music and sound effects from the electric guitar accompany the narration and create atmosphere and emotional depth.

About the performance

This narrative theatre piece intertwines the life story of Giovanni Falcone with that of Tommaso Buscetta, the first major mafia informant. The result is a stage portrait that also sheds light on the wider social backdrop: between legality represented by Falcone, mafia pseudo-culture and an Italian state often described as collusive and inadequate.

Staging

The spoken narration is interwoven with music and sound effects from the electric guitar. The instrument itself becomes part of the storytelling, evoking settings, colours and emotions.
