Il Bosco di Maia: reading a territory - yesterday, today, tomorrow

On the hills between Losone and Arcegno lies the Bosco di Maia forest reserve. In a landscape shaped by glaciers, an extraordinary mosaic of micro-environments is home to extremely rich and diverse flora and fauna.

The hike does not present any particular difficulty but involves a distance of around 9 km.
