The Monte Verità Foundation offers yoga classes in the park/terrace every Wednesday from June 3rd to August 26th, 2026.
These classes are designed for those who want to approach yoga in a dynamic and fluid way and focus on posture, body alignment, and breathing. Participation is free, subject to availability.
Materials: Bring your own mat (yoga, Pilates, gymnastics); comfortable clothing; towel, sweatshirt, heavy shirt, or blanket for relaxation.
