You can stay overnight with us and purchase lamb meat, wool, cushions of various sizes and quilts made especially for you directly from the farm.
La Stalla is in Cevio, the capital of Vallemaggia. It is 25 km from Locarno and Ascona, easily accessible by public transport, and only 200 metres from the ‘Cevio-Centro’ bus stop. To reach us, you will pass through the most beautiful square in the Canton of Ticino.

Cevio is centrally located in the middle of the hiking area. Thanks to the many possibilities offered by the area, including tourist and cultural attractions, romantic grottos, and the unique river landscape of the Maggia, which invites you to take a refreshing dip, Cevio is the ideal place for a varied and relaxing holiday.
Sheep and their wool
Our sheep, which spend the winter in the barn adjacent to the farmhouse, graze in the summer on the pastures of Boschetto, a hamlet of Cevio. In spring, we sell lamb meat, portioned according to request. Sheep are shared twice a year, and the wool is processed on the farm.

Lamb meat, wool quilts, cushions, “oss da legg”, spun wool, wool for mulching.
Accommodation offer: Accommodation with breakfast: 2 rooms with WC and shower for 3 and 5 people. Rental of entire property with kitchen (minimum 3 nights / high season 1 week)
