Starting from Caviano, the trail climbs through the hamlet, woods and meadows up to Cento Campi (Monti di Caviano), where the only thatched roof in all Ticino is found, offering a unique resting point and a breathtaking view. At Cento Campi, it is also possible to meet a local farmer who sells delicious cheese, adding a tasty touch to the hike.
After the break, the descent begins towards Scaiano, a small village with traditional houses and the Oratory of San Bernardo.
