The pretty lakeside village of San Nazzaro can be reached by train. Leave the lakeside and take the red and white path towards Monti di Vairano. Through the chestnut forest you reach Sasso di Grumo, from where the yoga path starts and the Hotel Sass da Grüm is located. It is worth pausing for a moment, because Sasso di Grumo is considered a very special place of power. The path continues steeply up to the Monti di Vairano, a large settlement with typical rustici. Now the path flattens out a little and through the beech woods of the Valle di Cedullo you reach Monti di Gerra, another larger settlement with characteristic stone houses. The descent to Casenzano is steep again, as you gain a lot of altitude in a short time. The traverse to Gerra is a nice way to end the tour. Colourful houses adorn the little village, take a look. From here the bus or train leaves again.
