An up-and-down route through the dense chestnut forest overlooking Lake Vogorno. A fantastic route marked in yellow with a touch of alpine adventure.

You can reach the Verzasca dam by car or bus, where from April to October bungee jumping is practiced. A well-marked path leads above the artificial basin of Lake Vogorno, up to Corippo (Bivio).

The first part of the route is relatively flat and winds through several small streams flowing through the side valleys. Soon, however, the path changes and becomes an up-and-down that runs above the small village of Berzona and continues to Costa di Berzona, where a large bridge must be crossed.

The path continues through the village of Vogorno. Along the way, there are some restaurants. Another short ascent and then it descends to San Bartolomeo, where there is a panoramic viewpoint and a church with beautiful frescoes. Again, a slight up-and-down and already the Corippo Bivio stop is visible.

Those with some extra time can make a detour to Corippo (approx. 15 min).
