Appartamento Herzog

Attached to a rustico (please see also rustico Herzog) this apartment can be rented singly or together with the rustic (for large families or groups of friends up to nine persons). The apartment is modern, yet rustic, it is well insulated and has floor heating. It’s composed of a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, table and TV and a separate bedroom with a double bed. It’s well suited for families with small children and dogs. There are no staircases. The door leads out directly to the garden with its lawn for sunbathing or playing games (950 square meters). There is a washing machine in the boiler room. In case of need there are folding beds. It’s possible to pitch a tent. A grotto with a stone table and a fireplace belongs to this apartment. There are tennis courts across the river Maggia. You can swim in the river Maggia or next to the waterfall below the “ponte romana” (a five minutes’ walk). See also "Rustico Herzog"
