This typical Ticino holiday home - 2 floors - is very bright & spacious and is located on a quiet, sunny & elevated hillside in a private street.
In the entrance area (upper floor) it offers a comfortably furnished living and dining room (some with new furniture) with a fireplace, a functionally equipped kitchen, which has a washing machine, oven & coffee machine. Guest toilet and a balcony (this offers space for 2-max. 4 people).
In the lower area there are the bedrooms (1x double bed & 2x1 single beds) and 1 bathroom.
The house has a very sunny balcony and a lawn, which is accessible via an outside staircase.
There is an outdoor parking space available.
The house can be reached by steps.

The house has a total of 3 floors. On the lowest floor is the studio - a large room - with a double and a single bed. This is automatically available from the 5th person (but can not be rented separately).
